About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development and maintenance of planning and forecasting tools (30% of the time);
- Governance of the S&OP cycle process (25% of the time);
- Monitoring and analysis of Operational Efficiency KR indicators (20% of the time);
- Automation of alerts and operational processes (15% of the time);
- Data governance and metric reliability (10% of the time).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields;
- Proven experience in S&OP and capacity planning;
- Proficiency in Project Management;
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation;
- Essential knowledge of Python for analysis and automation;
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Superset, Power BI, or Tableau;
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model at Vila Olímpia (São Paulo) or Botafogo (Rio de Janeiro).
