About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the full accounts payable cycle: receipt, validation and entry of invoices and payment slips (boletos) into the ERP, scheduling and settlement of payments;
Ensure compliance with authorization limits and approval policies;
Perform reconciliations between payables, executed payments and the general ledger;
Manage supplier/vendor relationships;
Support the monthly close with provisions, accruals and analysis of recurring expenses;
Drive continuous improvement of payment workflows;
Act as the focal point for indirect procurement processes and supplier contracting/onboarding;
Receive, validate and follow up purchase requests with requesting departments;
Monitor and enforce SLAs for submission of documentation and approvals by requesting areas;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field;
Solid experience in accounts payable and/or treasury, preferably in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment or multi-entity/multi-company organizations;
Experience with market ERPs (TOTVS/Protheus is a relevant differential);
Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, report modeling);
Knowledge of banking routines, payment methods (TED, PIX, boletos, direct debit) and reconciliations;
Experience with BPM/workflow platforms (Fluig, Pipefy or similar);
AI fluency: ability to navigate LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to support daily financial activities and processes.
