About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of prospects and strategic accounts in the corporate B2B segment (large enterprises);
  • Act in a consultative and strategic manner with corporate health teams, HR and CFOs;
  • Build and execute consultative sales playbooks, defining processes and performance rituals;
  • Drive active prospecting and demand generation with HR teams, CEOs and corporate benefits decision-makers;
  • Serve as a technical and cultural reference for the team, modeling a consultative, data-driven approach;
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, Health and Product teams to ensure the best experience for customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in B2B sales with a focus on Key Accounts (required);
  • Experience in the healthcare sector (healthtechs, payers, brokers, etc.);
  • Experience acting consultatively and strategically with corporate health teams, HR and CFOs;
  • Availability for external client visits;
  • Experience working with aggressive/ambitious sales targets;
  • Strong results orientation and ownership mindset;
  • Analytical mindset: makes decisions based on data, not on gut feeling;
  • Analytical problem-solving skills;
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments;
  • Organized and able to execute multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Vila Olímpia.
