About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategy and product direction: define the long-term vision and roadmap for Mobile, Growth and Patient Engagement initiatives, ensuring strategic coherence across squads and alignment with Conexa’s business objectives. Set priorities, make trade-offs and protect the team’s focus against competing demands from multiple areas.
  • Squad leadership and people development: directly lead the PMs and teams responsible for the Mobile, Patients, AI and PLG squads, creating space for mid-level leaders to grow, make decisions and take ownership. Act as a mentor and a constructive challenger to the teams’ talents.
  • Governance of AI Products strategy: initially lead the AI squad with an explicit mandate to evolve the company’s AI strategy: define which capabilities should be built as reusable platforms, which should be absorbed by vertical squads, and how to ensure that AI becomes a distributed competency — not a silo — over time.
  • Cross-functional orchestration: coordinate engagement initiatives with Operators, B2B clients, Healthcare Professionals, Digital Hospital and Marketing/Performance, ensuring the patient penetration strategy is synchronized with Conexa’s commercial and operational strategy. Serve as a bridge between product and business.
  • Metrics, performance and data-driven decision-making: establish and monitor core engagement KPIs (activation, retention, no-show, NPS, conversion of critical journeys), translating data into decisions. Build, in partnership with the Performance team, the relationship cadence and growth mechanisms that underpin product growth.
  • Building the operating model: design the structure, rituals and processes for the area — including how squads interact with each other, with technology and with business teams. Reduce reactive operations ("firefighting") and install a dynamic of structural evolution.
  • Institutional representation: represent the engagement and AI strategy to internal stakeholders (C-Level, business areas) and, when applicable, external stakeholders (B2B clients, operators, strategic partners).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience (7+ years) in product leadership, with at least 3 years in executive management, head or equivalent roles, leading multiple squads and/or multiple PMs.
  • Previous experience with B2B2C business models, involving multiple acquisition channels (operators, corporate clients, direct-to-consumer).
  • Proven track record leading engagement, growth or consumer-oriented product strategies (B2C or B2B2C), with measurable results in activation, retention and/or conversion metrics.
  • Background in PLG (Product-Led Growth) and/or mature Growth operations.
  • Experience in strategy and/or product leadership with a strong AI/ML component, with the ability to make technical and product trade-offs on how to incorporate AI into user journeys.
  • Strong data orientation and the ability to make metric-driven decisions.
