About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structuring, architecture design, and optimization of complex processes within the CRM, actively collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Act as the primary technical owner for advanced maintenance, standardization, and continuous improvement of HubSpot, ensuring the CRM accurately reflects the company’s business processes.
Develop and implement custom code (Custom Code) in Python or JavaScript within HubSpot to enable advanced automations, complex business rules, and data integrations.
Create, optimize, and execute SQL queries for extraction, joins, and in-depth analysis of large volumes of operational and business data.
Monitor and ensure global data governance, performing regular audits, data cleansing, and rigorous standardization of properties and pipelines.
Create and maintain complex workflows, critical automation rules, and strategic segmentations to optimize management of the sales funnel and customer success.
Develop, monitor, and present advanced interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI/Metabase) to support executive decision-making.
Prepare and deliver training, mentoring, and enablement materials to ensure correct use of the CRM and adherence of teams to RevOps processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid prior experience with advanced administration, architecture, and customization of HubSpot or Salesforce (Sales, Marketing, and Operations Hub).
Technical experience developing in Python or JavaScript focused on CRM automation and data manipulation/integration via APIs.
Proficiency in SQL for performing queries, extractions, and structured data analysis.
Advanced experience in data governance, data quality, modeling, and standardization in corporate environments.
Experience creating strategic reports and interactive dashboards in Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Metabase, or Google Data Studio).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Highly analytical, self-directed, problem-solver mindset with a continuous improvement orientation toward complex processes.
Fluency in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to Revenue Operations (RevOps) routines, with experience using solutions for automation, productivity, analysis, and process optimization, such as Claude, n8n and related tools.
Availability to work hybrid in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
