About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, communicate and execute Conexa's data vision, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage and develop the Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
  • Ensure data governance, promoting quality, consistency, security and accessibility of information.
  • Structure and evolve the organization's data architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive a data-driven culture across the company, bringing business, technology and product closer together.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas (with special focus on Product, Technology and Healthcare), supporting critical decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Lead innovation projects in generative AI, machine learning and advanced analytics, exploring new solutions for digital health.
  • Represent the Data area to senior leadership, ensuring clarity on results, roadmap and priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in managerial positions within Data (Data Analytics, Data Engineering and/or Data Science).
  • Strong experience in people management, developing mid-level leaders (Coordinators) and building high-performance teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of data architecture, BI, governance, pipelines and complex integrations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into tangible data solutions with measurable impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across different levels (from operations to C‑Level).
  • Experience with agile methodologies applied to data projects.
  • Availability to work remotely, with mandatory in-person presence once every 15 days in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
