About the role

  • Lead complex implementations of new products with healthcare operators and insurers;
  • Act as the primary interface between the client and Conexa during strategic technical projects;
  • Work closely with sales, product and engineering teams;
  • Develop intelligent automations using tools such as n8n and AI;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and digital transformation in implementation workflows;
  • Manage projects autonomously, ensuring deadlines, quality, and a positive customer experience;
  • Perform advanced configurations, testing, and technical validations;
  • Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements;
  • Deliver training and support customers as they evolve in their use of the solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience implementing and configuring systems based on technical scopes and business rules;
  • Ability to operate in a consultative and strategic manner with stakeholders;
  • Clear, structured communication focused on problem-solving;
  • Analytical profile with a strong data orientation and commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Experience identifying and implementing process and workflow optimizations;
  • Experience or familiarity with process automation and applied AI;
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions;
  • Ownership mindset, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
