About the role
- Actively prospect new clients aligned with the technology sector.
- Manage and strengthen the existing account portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and expansion of opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle: needs diagnosis, meetings, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop ongoing consultative relationships, understanding customers' needs.
- Maintain daily CRM activities with organization, discipline, and accuracy.
- Monitor KPIs, targets, the sales funnel, and pipeline predictability.
- Generate qualified opportunities and ensure continuous growth of the customer base.
- Work cross-functionally with areas such as Marketing, Operations, Support, and Sales Management.
Requirements
- Experience in consultative sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and CRM management capability.
- Familiarity with systems such as Pipedrive or Bitrix (training will be provided).
