About the role

  • Actively prospect new clients aligned with the technology sector.
  • Manage and strengthen the existing account portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and expansion of opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: needs diagnosis, meetings, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Develop ongoing consultative relationships, understanding customers' needs.
  • Maintain daily CRM activities with organization, discipline, and accuracy.
  • Monitor KPIs, targets, the sales funnel, and pipeline predictability.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and ensure continuous growth of the customer base.
  • Work cross-functionally with areas such as Marketing, Operations, Support, and Sales Management.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM management capability.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Pipedrive or Bitrix (training will be provided).
