About the role
- Collect and organize metadata for in-flight entertainment content, including titles, synopses, cast details, release dates, and genres;
- Ensure all metadata meets airline specifications and internal quality standards;
- Secure and verify official metadata from trusted sources;
- Obtain and validate content translations, title translations, and country-specific ratings;
- Ensure airline requirement for language assets are available during content discovery;
- Perform thorough quality checks on gathered metadata to identify and correct inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or formatting issues;
- Conduct quality assurance on airline portals and onboard entertainment systems post-ingestion to verify accuracy and consistency;
- Continuously refine metadata workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency;
- Maintain and continuously update the internal metadata database;
- Ensure metadata is structured and standardized for efficient retrieval and integration;
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize metadata ingestion processes;
- Identify areas for improvement in metadata handling and propose solutions;
- Assist in troubleshooting metadata-related issues with internal teams and airline partners.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish;
- Proficiency in English;
- Ethical, energetic, highly motivated, adaptable, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence;
- Great communication skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- High attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, and formatting issues;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize;
