About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead ConectCar's content strategy across multiple channels and customer journeys.
- Translate business objectives into narratives, campaigns, and high-impact content.
- Develop brand positioning, institutional messaging, and key brand messages.
- Create branding, acquisition, engagement, and customer retention campaigns.

- Structure and lead strategic communication projects, including persona definition, brand voice, brand positioning, and rebranding initiatives.
- Define and maintain editorial guidelines, glossaries, and communication best practices.
- Serve as a strategic and technical reference for content, brand positioning, storytelling, copywriting, and communication architecture, influencing decisions and raising the communication maturity of the company, partners, and vendors.
- Lead content projects with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Support the development of communication and content skills across the organization, promoting best practices, standards, and consistency in communication.
- Develop scripts for videos, audiovisual campaigns, and corporate materials.
- Design data-driven content strategies informed by consumer behavior.
- Conduct performance analyses and generate recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Participate in research, benchmarking, and market studies.
- Support initiatives for institutional positioning and brand strengthening.
- Contribute to the evolution of the customer experience through communication.
- Use artificial intelligence to improve productivity, quality, and scalability of content processes.
- Support the technical development of more junior professionals in the area.
- Participate in strategic projects for digital transformation, innovation, and communication.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Portfolio demonstrating work on campaigns, content, and strategic projects.
- Advanced mastery of copywriting, UX writing, and content design.
- Mastery of storytelling techniques and building brand narratives.
- Advanced knowledge of the marketing funnel and content strategies for different stages of the customer journey.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword research, and creation of search-oriented content.
- Experience with social listening and trend monitoring.
- Experience with content strategies for CRM, digital channels, and acquisition campaigns.
- Experience creating integrated communication and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop institutional messaging, manifestos, value propositions, and brand positioning.
- Experience scripting audiovisual content for corporate videos, campaigns, educational content, and social media.
- Ability to structure and lead communication projects related to persona definition, brand voice development, brand positioning, message architecture, and rebranding initiatives.
- Knowledge of communication metrics and content performance.
- Experience defining and evolving brand voice, tone of voice, editorial guidelines, message architecture, and content governance processes.
