About the role

  • Support customer onboarding and activation across Conduit’s banking and payment partners.
  • Conduct initial KYB reviews to ensure complete, accurate customer profiles before Compliance escalation.
  • Support client and end-customer activations across Conduit’s banking and payment partners.
  • Identify onboarding and activation inefficiencies and contribute to playbooks and tooling improvements.
  • Track onboarding and activation metrics tied to team OKRs and surface trends.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in operations, onboarding, KYB/KYC, compliance operations, or financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured procedures.
  • Experience reviewing customer documentation or supporting KYB/KYC workflows.
  • Comfortable working in CRMs and internal operational tools.
  • Able to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to banking partners, payment rails, or regulated financial products.
  • Understanding of KYB requirements, EDD concepts, or compliance workflows.
  • Experience supporting operational improvements or automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with operational reporting, metrics, or basic analytics.
