Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in English
  • Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday
  • Secure wired high-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi not permitted
  • Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses
