About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
- Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
- Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines

- Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Proficient in English
- Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday
- Secure wired high-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi not permitted
- Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and quiet, distraction-free environment
- Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses
