About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide customer support for claims, debit card issues, and website navigation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully complete a customer service assessment and computer-based typing test
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Complete mandatory paid training with 100% attendance
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to manage steady incoming call volume while navigating multiple systems
  • Successful completion of a background check, including education and previous employment verification
  • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
  • Ability to hardwire the work computer to the home modem via Ethernet
  • Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable
  • Quiet, distraction-free, clutter-free workspace
  • No one may be in the workspace during working hours
  • Successfully complete the application assessment and typing test using a keyboard
  • Must reside in an eligible US state or municipality; the company is not hiring in AK, CA, CT, HI, IL, MA, MD, MT, NJ, NY, OR, WA, Minneapolis–MN, Washington, DC, or Denver/County of Boulder/Edgewater County–CO
