About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process assigned disability transaction work items, including BLIS and Outsort queues
- Research customer applications and available records to locate and confirm existing disability claim matches
- Review document images and capture accurate index data in customer systems
- Follow documented procedures, quality expectations, clean-desk requirements, and production priorities
- Apply coaching and training feedback to build proficiency, accuracy, and consistency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Comfortable adhering to a strict clean-desk policy
- Able to submit to and pass the required background screening and drug screening
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Basic PC and internet skills
- Ability to navigate computer applications and complete routine online tasks
- Suitable work-from-home office environment
- Ability to work the assigned part-time schedule
- Receptive to coaching and training
- Pass an internet speed test: download ≥25, upload ≥5, ping ≤175 ms
- Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Eligible to reside in a state where Conduent’s compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations
- Data entry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is a plus
