About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process assigned disability transaction work items, including BLIS and Outsort queues
Research customer applications and available records to locate and confirm existing disability claim matches
Review document images and capture accurate index data in customer systems
Follow documented procedures, quality expectations, clean-desk requirements, and production priorities
Apply coaching and training feedback to build proficiency, accuracy, and consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable adhering to a strict clean-desk policy
Able to submit to and pass the required background screening and drug screening
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Basic PC and internet skills
Ability to navigate computer applications and complete routine online tasks
Suitable work-from-home office environment
Ability to work the assigned part-time schedule
Receptive to coaching and training
Pass an internet speed test: download ≥25, upload ≥5, ping ≤175 ms
Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
Eligible to reside in a state where Conduent’s compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations
Data entry experience is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is a plus
