About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift
Log into internal systems and process incoming claims
Accurately enter and review data in a high-volume environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

GED or high school diploma
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Ability to pass a typing test at 45 wpm or more
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Adaptability and ability to shift priorities quickly
Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
Reliable internet connection
Dedicated workspace
Must reside in a state where Conduent’s compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations
