About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform billing activities: single and massive invoicing based on ART&MIS requests (Italian & foreign & intercompany customers), semiautomatic invoicing, AR accruals postings including intercompany
  • Master data - Inserting request for new code/ modify code, unlocking codes/sales area opening
  • All documents should be issued according to established procedures and in agreed time frames
  • Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals
  • SLA assurance
  • Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate query resolution
  • Comply with all AR policies and procedures
  • Research, analyze and resolve day-to-day operational issues
  • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain an updated and approved process documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years of experience in OTC
  • Professional level of Italian, English and Polish language (at least B2 level)
  • MS Office (Excel) skills
  • Good analytical and multitasking skills
  • Process Improvement / Innovation / Transformation experience
  • High motivation, proactiveness and flexibility
  • Teamwork & communication skills.
