About the role

  • Understand scope of transition for service management
  • Own and implement SLA process framework setup
  • Plan and develop project plan
  • Manage project plan and track deliverables
  • Review deliverables and manage cost, scope, quality, and time parameters for the project
  • Effectively lead large programs

Requirements

  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Basic knowledge about outsourcing service management domain
  • Knowledge of service transition management lifecycle
  • Good analytical skills for addressing issues and risks
  • Good presentation skills for product demos
  • Working experience in Finance Accounting & Procurement
  • Knowledge on KPIs in P2P, O2C, R2R, and Financial Reporting
  • Proven success record of executing at least 2 end to end transition implementations
  • Tools experience: Microsoft Project Plan, MS Server, MS Visio, and major ERP end user experience as an add-on
