About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consistently display a professional attitude towards Conduent employees, Consumers, Access Health, DSS and activities.
- Process case maintenance transactions and perform all tasks accurately within the procedural guidelines without errors.
- Evaluate and determine eligibility of medical expenses for medical programs.
- Screen Consumers by data entering information into Eligibility Determination System.
- Meet or exceed the Daily Productivity standards for each task performed.
- Support the customer service team when needed with incoming calls. Acting as initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing beneficiaries related to Client programs.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, to meet contract guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- College Degree and Eligibility Determination/Transaction Processing experience preferred.
