About the role
- Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration, and resource application.
- Supports process improvement initiatives using measurements, accountability, analysis, and consideration of process alternatives to arrive at best practices.
- Interacts effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive change within the organization.
- Serves as an internal consultant for process improvement, change management, performance monitoring, and advanced statistical analysis.
- Acts as a process facilitator, working with teams and leading optimization of workflows.
- Utilizes transformation practices, tools, and techniques to support continuous improvement across the business.
- Provides recommendations and coaching resulting in reliable and measurable metrics to support repeatable and sustainable processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
