About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform data extraction and reporting
- Perform data cleansing
- Troubleshooting of issues raised and addressing concerns raised, proposing solutions or provide workarounds to overcome issues.
- Partner with other HR team members to resolve operational issues.
- Suggest improvements to processes or systems
- Liaise with HRIS team, vendors, and all stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented according to requirements, objectives and within stipulated timelines.
- Conducts Quality Checks.
- Provides adequate training to the team on process and procedures.
Requirements

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and develop team members.
