About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects
- Lead projects across various technology-related initiatives
- Partner with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope
- Leverage PMO standards and best practices
- Identify, assess, manage, and escalate risks and issues
- Establish and manage clear sponsor and stakeholder expectations
- Provide timely, accurate, and clear project reporting
- Drive accountability for action items and recover plans
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience crafting scope documentation
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects
- 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management
- PMP and/or comparable certification(s) required
- Solid understanding of PMO best practices
- Self-starter who can lead complex projects
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent technical aptitude
- Familiarity with ITSM methodologies such as ITIL is preferred
- Experience in an IT outsourcing environment is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
