About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs
- Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems
- Establish and manage IAM to ensure secure user provisioning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
- Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, EAM)
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) certifications are preferable
- Must be fluent in English.
