Key responsibilities & impact

Able to use Excel to balance bank statement reconciliations
Able to use Excel templates to balance daily settlements
Confirm all tasks are completed within the restricted time allocations DAILY
Work well in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented approach to work, assignments, etc
Have the flexibility and ability to deal with atypical and/or unusual situations.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of data
Ability to communicate effectively in English both via email and orally
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Minimum of 5+ years reconciliation experience
Experience in back office work in a bank, highly desirable
Experience in payment services / Prepaid Cards / Banking / ACH files is highly desirable
General accounting knowledge and expertise
Strong analytical skills
Strong reconciliation background
Computer literate. Must have strong Excel skills
Microsoft Excel - Intermediate required
Microsoft Word -Intermediate required
