About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assisting first-line business partners with completing privacy impact assessments
Coordinating and executing audits with third-party auditors
Managing several high-priority projects with little to no supervision
Presenting risk reports to the Chief Risk Officer and other members of senior leadership
Applying risk management experience to analyze data and trends and convert findings into consumable executive summaries and dashboards
Coaching and mentoring junior team members as needed
Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and enterprise risks
Supporting the development and enhancement of risk management processes and controls
Monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or audit
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in presenting information and risk findings to executive leadership
Ability to analyze data, trends, and operational risks to provide actionable recommendations
Strong expertise in creating executive summaries, dashboards, and reporting materials
Confident communicator both verbally and in writing
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experienced in collaborating effectively across business units and leadership teams
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
