About the role
- Supervise daily tasks of business, technical support, and production teams
- Manage hiring, termination actions, training, performance appraisals, and pay reviews
- Deliver quality, productivity, and compliance KPI reports
- Coach and provide feedback to team members; identify coaching opportunities
- Share processes and business updates with the team
- Recommend training interventions and outline best practices for associate growth
- Coordinate team efforts to achieve company and client goals and ensure team results
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
- Supervisory experience managing business, technical support, and production teams
- Experience managing hiring, termination actions, performance appraisals, and pay reviews
- Ability to deliver quality, productivity, and compliance KPI reports
- Experience coaching, providing feedback, and conducting training interventions
- Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts
- Strong problem-solving and information evaluation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work without supervision and within established precedents and practices
