About the role

  • Supervise daily tasks of business, technical support, and production teams
  • Manage hiring, termination actions, training, performance appraisals, and pay reviews
  • Deliver quality, productivity, and compliance KPI reports

  • Share processes and business updates with the team

  • Strong problem-solving and information evaluation skills
