Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Support and enhance applications built using .NET and SQL Server
Act as the first point of contact for system and application issues, performing initial analysis and coordinating resolution
Raise, track, and manage incident tickets while ensuring SLA adherence and root-cause documentation
Lead and coordinate incident management, including prioritization, escalation, and stakeholder communication
Effectively communicate and respond to escalations, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper change governance
Manage and process user access requests in line with access control policies
Support SOC 1 and SOC 2 activities, including control execution tracking and evidence collection
Assist with audit readiness and respond to internal and external audit requests
Maintain issue trackers, risk logs, and audit findings through closure
Create and maintain application support related documentation and DLPs
Act as liaison between business, SOC, audit, and IT operations teams
Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
6–8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET)
Strong experience with SQL Server
Working knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management)
Experience supporting SOC audits, ITGC controls, and access management
Knowledge of Linux and/or Oracle is a plus
