About the role
- Own sales performance analytics across pipeline, forecasting, new logo acquisition, and sales activity.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for sales leaders.
- Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend practical next steps.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Support and optimize sales enablement tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Help define usage standards, success metrics, and reporting for enablement initiatives.
- Identify gaps in processes or tools and recommend improvements.
- Support the design and rollout of go to market operational improvements.
- Translate strategic initiatives into clear processes, metrics, and execution plans.
- Help standardize sales processes, territory alignment, and account coverage strategies.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Provide analytical support for leadership initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience working in CRM systems, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that sales teams rely on.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and stay organized.
- Comfortable working in evolving environments and taking ownership from start to finish.
- Experience supporting go to market changes or new sales models is a plus.
- Experience working with sales enablement tools or programs is preferred.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required; experience with ZoomInfo and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting insights to senior leaders in a clear and confident way.
