About the role
- Supervise daily tasks of complex business, technical support, or production teams
- Set team priorities to ensure timely completion and coordinate with other supervisors
- Deliver quality, productivity, and compliance KPI reports
- Coach front-line supervisors and tier 2 or 3 agents to enhance performance
- Give processes and business updates to the team and engage with the client for regular business updates
- Examine known best practices for continuous improvement and review performance statistics
- Make decisions based on policies, procedures, and business plans and perform additional duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies, procedures and standards
Requirements
- Manages training for 3 or more employees
- Manages hiring and termination actions
- Manages performance appraisals and pay reviews
- Requires broad technical expertise and industry knowledge
- Able to perform work unsupervised
- Supervises daily tasks of complex business, technical support, or production teams
- Sets team priorities and coordinates work activities with other supervisors
- Uses clear communication skills to exchange information and handle sensitive issues
