About the role
- In charge of designing, developing, and supporting Siebel CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
- Configuration, scripting, integration, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Siebel CRM Call Center.
- Implementation for Conduent Payments.
- Design, configure, and customize Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Tools and related technologies.
- Develop and enhance Siebel workflows, business services, applets, views, and integration components.
- Implement integrations with external systems using EAI, web services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Siebel Developer (Siebel 8.x or later preferred)
- Strong hands-on expertise with Siebel Tools, Configuration, Workflow, Business Components, Business Services, and Scripting
- Experience with Oracle databases and writing SQL queries
- Knowledge of Siebel EAI, Integration Objects, Web Services, and REST/SOAP integration
- Familiarity with Siebel Open UI development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
