About the role

  • Support EDMS/ECM, Report or Letter Generation Systems, and/or OCR tools such as DocFinity or Onbase, xPression or IBM Cognos Analytics, or FormWorks/FIS Document Capture Manager and their supporting applications and utilities
  • Perform User Administration (new user accounts, permissions, password reset) and security implementations.
  • Attend and participate in troubleshooting triages and document root cause analyses
  • Analyze new releases and provide recommendations for upgrades
  • Install applications, patches and upgrades and configure system settings
  • Perform code migration/deployments
  • Work with other technical, functional, or development teams to support the applications
  • Understand and abide by security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure systems are performing at peak levels and system resources are appropriately monitored
  • Work well under pressure
  • Create and update documentation and diagrams
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support (approximately once a month)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Working Experience in systems or network
  • Minimum of 3 years in systems (Windows foundation)
  • Minimum of 3 years of network experience
  • Must be willing and able to work on call rotation
  • EDMS/ECM system administration, with a preference for any of the following: DocFinity(EDMS/ECM), OnBase, FileNet, xPression, Cognos Analytics, or FormWorks/Global Capture Manager OR WE CAN TRAIN YOU
  • Connecting applications to SQL Server and/or Oracle databases, with the ability to create and run SQL Queries a plus
  • Experience with WebSphere a plus
  • Scripting and coding experience with python or similar tools a plus
  • Java and java error strings experience a plus
