Drive the architecture, automation, and reliability of enterprise middleware platforms
Serve as a technical leader responsible for platform strategy, CI/CD standards, and operational excellence
Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise middleware platforms
Lead platform modernization initiatives
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability of middleware environments
Design and govern enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines
Implement pipeline-as-code and reusable deployment frameworks
Lead containerization of middleware-hosted applications
Design deployment patterns for hybrid and multi-cloud environments
Drive root cause analysis and performance optimization initiatives
Partner with Dev, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to streamline release processes
Define middleware and CI/CD standards, governance, and documentation
Mentor engineers and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements

8+ years of experience in middleware/platform engineering
Deep expertise in at least one enterprise middleware stack (WebLogic/JBoss/WebSphere/etc.)
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Proficiency in scripting/automation (Bash, Python, Groovy, PowerShell)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory)
Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, SSL/TLS, DNS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
