About the role

  • Guides strategic sourcing and category management for client organizational spend.
  • Obtains approval for the category sourcing plan (including project prioritization, phasing, and savings).
  • Integrates client stakeholders into the sourcing process using a tollgate procedure.
  • Collects, cleanses, classifies, analyzes, and interprets client spend data.
  • Leads the process to renew, extend, terminate, or renegotiate contracts.
  • Develops an implementation plan to optimize purchasing channels for category spend.
  • Holds full responsibility for enabling hosted and punch-out catalogs.

Requirements
