About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Document and model current and future business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Document and communicate the results of individual efforts.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Manage project plans, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- Update, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, requirements, and solutions for reference and compliance purposes.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Undertake project-based work as required, leading and/or providing support to project leads.
Requirements
- Solid experience in business analysis
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong detail orientation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Advanced technical and excellent documentation skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
