About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop first-line managers and senior professional staff.
  • Guide operations of Accounting teams to ensure SLA/KPI compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage hiring, termination, training, and performance management activities.
  • Create high-performance work cultures and ensure rigor in implementation of best practices.
  • Handle team activities with focus on adherence to SLAs and SOPs.
