• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand team needs and shape role requirements.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, outreach, interviews, closing.
• Build creative sourcing strategies to find hidden technical talent (GitHub, LinkedIn, Slack groups, meetups, etc.).
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects company culture.
• Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Track hiring metrics to iterate and improve speed and quality of hires.
• Help shape and promote employer brand through job postings, events, and social content.
• Jump in on people-ops related projects (offer letters, onboarding, compensation benchmarks, etc.).
