About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and prioritize work across multiple products and service areas
Lead multiple CRM projects concurrently, from discovery through automated testing and deployment
Provide hands-on development expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet business needs
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party or in-house systems
Automate business processes using Microsoft Azure services
Apply CRM AI and Microsoft Copilot tools
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset
Manage technical debt through proactive refactoring and system improvements
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, including customization, extensibility, workflows, plugins, and custom entities
Solid experience in solution architecture and systems integration
Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
Strong proficiency in C# and version control with Git
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the wider Power Platform
Knowledge of CRM AI and Microsoft Copilot technologies
Experience with enterprise data management and governance
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills
