- Oversee and direct CAO’s performance to MPBSDP
- Assess skills gap, knowledge, and experience of current directors
- Collaborate with a diverse and inclusive Board
- Attend formal interviews and provide references if shortlisted
- Participate in Board and committee meetings in-person or via electronic means
Requirements
What you’ll need- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to contract under law
- Not declared mentally incompetent by a court
- Not currently bankrupt
- Background in marketing/communications
- AI and digital/IT knowledge
- Condominium sector expertise
- Proactive orientation towards consumer protection initiatives
- Strong participation in consensus-building
- Strategic thinking and governance-focused approach
- Proactive support of CAO’s statutory mandate, mission, vision and values
