Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic direction and leadership to teams across multiple technical disciplines
Oversee successful project and program execution, including strategic resourcing, staffing, and adherence to deadlines and budgets
Develop and implement educational and training strategies to adapt to evolving technologies, markets, and external challenges
Ensure the optimal application of technology, engineering policies, and other resources to meet program requirements
