Key responsibilities & impact

Provides advanced analytical and program management support to ensure the successful execution of complex programs
Leads program evaluations, manages deliverables, and coordinates with stakeholders to achieve program objectives
Monitors program performance, identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Collects, analyzes, and interprets program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Develops detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitates communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders
Identifies opportunities to optimize program processes and improve efficiency
Supports organizational change initiatives by recommending and implementing process improvements
Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development
Contributes to departmental and organizational planning efforts by providing insights and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python for data analysis)
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2)
Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, or ROI evaluations
Familiarity with federal or state government program management processes
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application
Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing small projects independently
Strong technical writing skills for developing program documentation, proposals, and reports
