Key responsibilities & impact

Bridge business needs and data solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into data models, prototypes, and technical specifications
Define what data is needed and how it should be structured to support organizational and program goals with downstream development
Gather and document business and data requirements; identify data gaps and collaborate with developers to refine solutions
Develop conceptual data models and database schemas
Create prototypes (e.g., dashboards, data flows) to validate requirements
Define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
3-6 years’ experience developing and leading analytics efforts to include data architecture, business process mapping and solution development
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher)
Strong written, verbal, and customer engagement skills for stakeholder management
