Support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA), focusing on Military Community & Family Policy (MC&FP) Program Oversight and Analysis
Provide expertise in personal financial program management to help Service Members and their families manage personal finances
Collaborate with CTC Readiness Division experts to provide strategies, training technologies, analysis, and decision support tools
Support the PRISM contract and provide program oversight, analysis, and outreach on DoD pay, compensation, and financial readiness initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or a combination of associate’s degrees and skills-based licenses and/or certifications
Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in providing financial advice to US military clients
Strong understanding of DoD personal finance, financial literacy, and military community needs
Familiarity with DoD pay and compensation and financial readiness programs and initiatives (legacy retirement system, blended retirement system, thrift savings plan, flexible spending accounts, financial readiness common military training)
Hands on experience with or knowledge of the military lifecycle and the financial challenges that Service members and their families encounter at different stages of their careers
Expertise in personal financial program management, multimedia marketing, communications research, event planning, task management/leadership, and writing/editing
Minimum Clearance Required: Secret; Must Be Able to Obtain: Secret
Preferred: Relevant Professional Licenses or certifications; Relevant advanced degree; Published content in recognized professional media; Leadership position in professional society
