About the role
- Perform resource management and financial analysis for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA)
- Perform various responsibilities across several organizations with M&RA including oversight of the Reserve Component Duty Status Report, JROTC Oversight, and administrative support for a variety of offices
- Manage and align program resource applications to DoD training and education strategy, policy, and direction
- Develop, draft, revise, and manage the coordination process for DoD policy issuances, including instructions, directives, and directive-type memoranda
- Provide programmatic analysis and planning support for policy drafts and special projects
- Support business operations across a range of programs and policies
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Program & Financial Operations Analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or a combination of associate’s degrees and skills-based licenses and/or certifications
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance (Minimum Clearance Required : Secret, Level Must Be Able to Obtain : Secret)
- Experience in one or more of: Program Management; Program Business Operations; Operations and Security; Develop and Deliver Training; Engineering and Information Security; Health Services; Logistics; Procurement; Life Cycle Services
- Relevant Professional Licenses or certifications (preferred)
