Perform resource management and financial analysis for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA)
Perform various responsibilities across several organizations with M&RA including oversight of the Reserve Component Duty Status Report, JROTC Oversight, and administrative support for a variety of offices
Manage and align program resource applications to DoD training and education strategy, policy, and direction
Develop, draft, revise, and manage the coordination process for DoD policy issuances, including instructions, directives, and directive-type memoranda
Provide programmatic analysis and planning support for policy drafts and special projects
Support business operations across a range of programs and policies
Requirements
Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Program & Financial Operations Analyst role
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or a combination of associate’s degrees and skills-based licenses and/or certifications
Ability to obtain Secret clearance (Minimum Clearance Required : Secret, Level Must Be Able to Obtain : Secret)
Experience in one or more of: Program Management; Program Business Operations; Operations and Security; Develop and Deliver Training; Engineering and Information Security; Health Services; Logistics; Procurement; Life Cycle Services
Relevant Professional Licenses or certifications (preferred)
