Provide overall Program Management to enable the customer to foresee and address potential challenges
Communicate with the Government and work closely with FINRED
Gather feedback and inform development of future content and strategy
Oversee development, communication, and direction of no cost financial counseling services
Plan, advise, and direct continuing programmatic assessments
Develop, communicate, and direct actions to ensure military consumers receive consumer protection
Manage communications and outreach to educate military members and families and other stakeholders
Manage support to design, develop, and maintain FINRED digital resources and social media
Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from project inception to conclusion for complex programs
Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements and optimization
Consult with clients to define needs, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data

Minimum Clearance Required : Secret Clearance
Level Must Be Able to Obtain : Secret
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or a combination of associate’s degrees and skills-based licenses and/or certifications
12 years' relevant experience including a history of managing multiple projects
Experience in DOD staff processes, protocol, and systems
Experience in providing contractor services to the US Federal Government
Advanced related degree may substitute for some experience
Project Management Institute certification (PMP, PgMP, or PfMP) (preferred)
Specific experience in one or more areas: Military Personnel Policy, Reserve Component Duty Status Report, INCAP Portal, Mobility, Functional Coding, Compensation Civilian Personnel Policy, Talent Management, DOD's STEM Trusted Advisors program, Reserve Integration, Financial Readiness (FINRED), Military Community and Family Policy
