Researches, writes, and publishes content for internal and external communications including articles, press releases, websites, social media, and blogs
Proofreads and edits documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
Helps maintain the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistency across communications
Collaborates with team members to update and manage content on SharePoint sites, Teams sites, and the intranet
Assists with social media strategies to enhance company presence
Contributes to press conference planning, logistics, and media coordination
Builds and maintains professional relationships with internal teams and external audiences
Assists with document review and approval processes under guidance
Supports search engine optimization (SEO) efforts
Helps with corporate events and trade shows as needed
Prepares meeting agendas and minutes, and tracks action items
Requirements
BA/BS in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience
Professional writing or corporate communications experience preferred
Proven experience writing for multiple channels (web, print, email, social media)
Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization
Proficiency with content management systems
Experience collaborating with marketing, design, and executive teams
Knowledge of AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style, or other editorial style guides
Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging copy
Portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples, including corporate or brand-focused work
