About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support through high levels of communication, effective prioritization, project management, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate joint meetings and support joint projects, ensuring streamlined communication.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies for multiple locations.
  • Manage expense reporting, including approvals and tracking.
  • Plan travel arrangements for supported staff, including hotels, airline reservations, and rental cars.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • May require minimal travel up to 5%.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent and prior experience supporting an executive level position required or combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Experience with and strong knowledge of Microsoft products required.
  • Must demonstrate success in the following skills: written and verbal communication, project management and execution, prioritization of multiple tasks, flexibility, innovative thinking, and the ability to learn and apply new tools.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
