About the role

  • Lead Epicor development initiatives with an emphasis on manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and production workflows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Epicor customizations using C# / VB.NET, WinForms, BPMs, BAQs, and Dashboards.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSRS reports to support operational reporting and analytics.
  • Support workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP, Service Connect, external applications).
  • Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to support analysts.
  • Oversee deployments, environment management, and performance tuning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years Epicor ERP development experience with proven focus in manufacturing and supply chain modules (jobs, BOMs, scheduling, labor, procurement, inventory, costing).
  • Exposure to Epicor Kinetic.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP upgrade or modernization projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Epicor development efforts in complex, high-user environments.
  • Core Skills: C# / VB.NET, .NET WinForms – Epicor customizations and BPM logic.
  • SQL / T-SQL, SSRS, XML/XSLT – database queries, reporting, and data transformations.
  • Epicor Classic Development Tools – BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, UD fields/tables, custom assemblies.
  • Integrations – REST/SOAP APIs, IIS, Windows Task Agent, Service Connect.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP best practices for production, material management, and distribution.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, tune, and optimize ERP customizations.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
