About the role
- Managing ongoing updates from the business within personalization experiences like promo, SKU and creative updates that impact the experience.
- Ongoing tracking, reporting and measurement of personalization experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with many other departments to coordinate and execute operational needs and/or to set up a new or optimize an existing personalization experience.
- Assist in the prioritization of business updates, new personalization features, and experiments.
- Partner with the Senior Product Manager to manage the backlog of experiments, creative updates, and new features.
- Support two business units under the direction of the Personalization Strategy Lead.
- Work closely with both the Sr. Product Manager managing the personalization roadmap as well as the CRM personalization lead to ensure experiences are coordinated, optimized, and measurable across channels.
Requirements
- must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce solutions, with a proven track record of leading personalization strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Data savvy; data analyst skill set is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data-driven test-and-learn methodology and practice preferred.
- Experience with personalization platforms and technologies; Salesforce MCP experience preferred.
