About the role
- Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to understand measurement goals and translate them into actionable analytics plans
- Query and transform marketing data using SQL and BigQuery; develop dashboards and models in Looker (LookML) to support ongoing reporting
- Measure and analyze campaign performance across channels (email, digital, social, web) to uncover trends, opportunities, and optimization areas
- Develop and maintain key marketing KPIs and ensure reporting supports data-driven decision-making
- Execute ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience with SQL (required)
- Familiarity with BigQuery and Looker (or a willingness to learn LookML modeling)
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs, campaign performance metrics, and optimization techniques
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Ability to interpret business questions and translate them into data-driven analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with new technologies and learning on the go.
