About the role

  • Concord isn't your typical consulting firm; we're an execution focused company passionate about delivering results. We are looking for a data-savvy, insights-driven Data Science Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics practice. Client-facing consultant role working closely with Marketing, Analytics, project leads, analytics, engineers, and data scientists. Generate insights, build predictive models, and influence strategy across marketing channels, customer segments, and lifecycle stages. Support clients through descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive stages; knowledge of digital measurement, digital marketing, personalization, CDPs, user experience, analytics. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures. Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions. Optimize workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering. Collaborate with cloud architects to design cost-effective, high-performance data solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the Data & Analytics space, preferably with consulting experience. Solid ability to translate between business needs and advanced analytic techniques. Strong understanding of SQL & Python Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and enjoys talking shop with others. Ability to problem-solve in a dynamic, changing environment. Ability to gather requirements and generate Data Science & Engineering tickets as needed. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing responsibilities while delivering quality outcomes. Track record of proactive, value-added contributions to internal and client teams. Collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams A love for data, and sound belief in its possibilities. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Must Haves: SQL, Github, Jira, Databricks, AWS (S3 minimum), Snowflake
