About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate via Teams in weekly Commercial Strategy Meetings utilizing Concord, Brookfield, and Brand Revenue Systems and Tools.
- Managing revenue by segment, with key initiatives assigned to each.
- Maintain a weekly transient pace that extends out 90 days stored on the company database.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be knowledgeable of occupancy, average rate, and RevPAR goals of each hotel, including ranking and penetration goals.
- Must be able to maintain positive and constructive relationships with Hotel Leaders, Regional Teams, Corporate staff, and all Brand Liaisons.
- Must assist with the Marketing Plan relating to Revenue Management Statistics.
